when it comes down to it and it is something I have to do yes it bothers me to no end. I have 4, it has come to that very few times. I am a wuss and a big softy

i dont have any children. i wouldn't spank them though, even if they did wrong. they are children innocent and dont know any better. i just would teach them not to do what they did wrongly and not spank them. some kids deserve to be spanked but i wouldnt spank mine when i have some. you can teach a child behavior, you can implant it in them, but you dont have to spank them to get a point across or spank them because they are wrong. they have to learn from their mistakes, yet spanking shouldnt be a high result when a child needs to be taught something.
you wouldnt want your husband to abuse or beat you if you did something wrong? right? so, dont spank your kids. talk to them, give them time outs. they are kids/children and should be accepted as such. dont spank them.
find another way and find other alternatives.
stop the spankings, stop today.
you'll have a better tomorrow because of it...........

I don't have any children, but of course I would feel bad about spanking my future children. As long as you have a good reason for doing it though, you should just remember that its in your child's best interest.

i feel like i cant smack my children incase i get reported to social services it annoys me that when my kids are being naughty wen im out with them i cant smack them to let me know theyve gone to far i shout at them and get dirty looks
a woman once muttered shouldnt have kids if she cant control them this was when my son was creating over having a toy and i told him no and grabbed his arm to make him hold the buggy i told her if she thought she could control him she could try and she walked away head down
