I would kill for a good liverwurst and onion sandwich right now. But to answer your question. I believe that the foods that is bought in the Super Markets today are over processed and that the natural forces have been long ago bread out of todays food supply. It's the addivities that are spoiling. I live in Honduras, eggs, cheeses are not refregated and are purchased mostly from open markets in the streets. My housekeeper cooks in the morning and most of the foods are left out covered on the stove most of the day. It gets very hot here and I have yet to get sick from any of this food. All of our meat is local butchered and fresh or put into the freezer, but not kept for long periods of time. Never brown bagged it to school either 1944/1960
