always remember to wipe from front to back, if you wipe from back to front you drag all the bacteria that may be present right across your urethra and that can cause bladder infections.

Use a squirt bottle fill it with water and about a capful of lysol disinfectant the Dr. told me to do that after my first child and I have done it ever since.
