Nearly 3 years & I still miss her.
She began working nights 10+ years ago, - I asked her to work days to be on the same schedule. Said she could earn money & home school our 2 retarded sons. Pressure grew - nervous breakdown, abandoned our sons for 2 days - I was out of town. After, she agreed to a public school for them 4 services.
Her mother got sick & died - she grew even more depressed than with the boys & was on 3 types of psych meds at 1 time. She grew more & more distant, refusing sex or being very erotic, very happy or sadly distant... with no in between.
I used her car one day and found 2 strange books about personality disorders with notes she wrote about me having the disorder. The author is Sam Vaknin A TOTAL FRAUD about NPD. She tried to diagnose me & used this book 2 blame me for everything. She left. So much hate from her, so undeserved. She's improved but is 2 proud 2 say she was wrong even though she admitted she could have done things differently

Ramon you miss her because you still love her! Just because people make mistakes doesn't mean love isn't their. May I suggest to you that time may prove to be very healing for both of you. If you could get some personal counseling to help you understand more about you, the childrens challenges, and your divorce, then perhaps you will get a real insight as to why you can't stop loving this woman. I dont know the whole story, but it sounds like she didnt give you a chance. Has she found another? remarried? Do you think you can still work this out? Would she give it a chance?I dont have any respect for the unfaithful, but I hate to see people falsely accused too----she admits she could have been different, why dont both of you admit your mistakes and take responsibility for those mistakes. You missed her because marraige creates a bond that can never be replaced or broken. Marraige is an earthly symbol of God's relationship with his people: forgiving them time and time again, helping them, loving them. It sounds like you two are still in contact. Her saying that she could have done things differently is her way of saying that she was wrong. Why don't you try romancing her again like when you were dating. You should attend church together. That helps me and my husband a whole bunch.

You're just like everybody else. Normal childhood, grew up, got married to a pretty girl, everything went to crap, now you're miserable. You shouldn't have gotten married and had children!
