I have a system bios created in 2005, would that bios be recent?

I took my computer to the technician, and after checking it more than once, he cannot find any fault with it. My video bios and system bios are created in 2005/2007 so would they be recent?

2005 is 2 years ago, so depends on your definition of recent, what counts in the release version and if they have released a newer one.

You need to check the manufacturer of the motherboards website to find out.
