Absolutely not. In fact the opposite is going to happen. As you continue to deplete your body of sperm, your body will continually try to replenish the supply.
Of course, the sperm is not going to stay inside your junk long, because you are continuing to shoot it out.
The more you shoot, the more your body will produce.

Whats in the Condom is semen which contains the sperm . If you have sex this regularly then yes there will be less semen with each ejaculation as it takes the body a bit of time to recover and fill up again so to speak .
Obviously if you are using a condom I would imagine that you are not wanting children at this time so the sperm count is not an issue .
If at some stage you want to have children then you will need to consider when and how aften you have sex , but for now just enjoy what you are doing

Too Small!
I'm 46 and my penis is 7", I've been complimented a time or two and I'm quite satisfied with it and have been all my life.
Listen pal, do you know how many guys your age are envious when they see your penis? Are you in gym class by any chance? If so, look around without being obvious at the other guys . . . then you decide.
Do you know how many adults would be envious if they saw your penis. Go to a local swimming pool when it's Family Swim and without being obvious in the men's shower room take a look around . . . then decide.
If you're only 14, who knows when your growing spurt will end. You may be the next Johnny Holmes AKA Long Dong Silver.

Your testes will produce the same amount of sperm, but by using it up (one sperm cell takes 72 hours to grow)....the EJACULATE that is, there will be less the more often you ejaculate. As long as you can get erect and orgasm and have fun, don't worry about it. If you make love too often, your body will let you know by not allowing you to get erect.
TWICE A DAY! WOW! HAVE FUN!
You'll be less likely to impregnate your lady with a low sperm count from so much ejaculating.

I have it 5 times a day and I still produce a good bit, it take about two hours for you sperm to accumulate in the sacks fully then your ready on all cylinders , hey but am not promiscuous and gay and it`s the same for all males.

This is not a concern if you are not trying to conceive.Since sperms are contained in testicle,it can stock only limited amount. Some decrease in ejaculation(volume) will be natural on continous sex.But it is relplenished in about 6 hours or even earlier.

Do you and your girlfriend often sit around examining the contents of your used condoms?

What are you expecting to find in there, an effigy of Jesus Christ or Allah?

Bad news dude, you wasted all your spream... it's gone, departed, it is no more.

Now if you want kids, you'll have to use sperm instead... If you don't use a condom, you're girlfriend will get pregnant...

I'm afraid it could be, but if you slow it down for a few days it should start to pick up.
