My fiancee will go home here in the philippines this coming November 2,2007 from states,he will just stay here for 1 week.im having my menstraution right now start Sept.11 and usually it will took for 5 days.AM I FERTILE THAT TIME,CAN I GET PREGNANT?

If your planing on going to the US under a K3 Visa you better plan on using protection as if you get pregnant you'll have to stay here in the Philippines and have the baby before you can go to the USA, when your visa is approved you will be required to take a medical and they do a pregnant test and you will fail your medical if your pregnant.

If you have regular 28 day menstruation cycles, your most fertile time this month schould be around the 25th of September. November 2 would already be a bit late to get pregnant, but you can never be 100% sure. So yes, you could still get pregnant, but the chance isn't quite as high as if you were having sex the week before. If you want to be sure you don't get pregnant, you need to use birth control anyway.
