You can get a teaching certificate with a bachelor's degree. It will need to be in a teacher education program.

A professional psychologist or speech therapist will need at least a master's degree in that field.

Reality in the "real world" is that you need a doctorate to be a psychologist. That's a pretty "grueling" task of more than just a few courses. Figure on 4-7 years beyond the bachelor's degree.

Speech Language Pathology and Speech Therapy programs are applied professional degrees. They generally require 30-45 semester hours beyond the bachelor's degree and a serious supervised internship. Figure on 2-4 years beyond the bachelor's degree.

Remember that to become a teacher, you do not have to major in education, or liberal arts. Make sure you have a degree in physiology, that way if you decides to change careers later, then you will have a few courses to take versus having to complete and entire curriculum. In addition to a BA, BS, teaching requires a teacher credentialing program.
