remember

It is pretty bizzare how we have kind of made this our national identity sort of like the veteran who can talk about nothing but his days in the trenches or the now grown high school football player who relives his days of glory & touchdowns to the exclusion of anything else. September 11 certainly happened and was tragic but it is not the sum total of what America is.

9/11 lost much of its relevancy when Bush squandered every opportunity he had to be Machiavellian in a positive fashion---and turned the world first, and then the rest of his country, generally against him.

The event was very sad and outrageously despicable, but between the replayed footage, the conspiracy nuts, , real people who may not be terrorists after all, terrorists who may or not be real people after all, and of course Bush's insincere rhetoric, I say . . . ENOUGH ALREADY!!!

Ha !! - Hey , you might be interested to know that there was study recently completed about what type of people want to continue honoring the 9/11 victims and those who don't . The results ? -- LMAO , the results say that people who think like you don't really care about anyone but themselves . .. . . The study was completed YESTERDAY .

Should we be 'sick' that we still honor WWI or WWII or Korean , or Viet Nam war veterans ? Does that make you 'sick' too ? If so , then maybe your 'illness' needs to be attended to .

Because it happened and the media is doing a very clever job of getting brainwashed leftists to forget.

And I can't stand Bush because the sympathies the world felt for us after 9/11 have been replaced with hatred and resentment because of an unnecessary war.

Are you wanting another attack then to refresh and get away from the last one 6 years ago?

It is to remember what can happen and what did happen. We are not to forget the victims while also remember not to forget who did this and what happened that morning. How we went from normal everyday lives to one that changed the world as we know it. We should never forget what al-Qaeda did on our soil and that is why we should hurry up and wipe them off the face of the Earth! So this will not happen again! So no more innocent lives are taken away again!

Maybe they want to commemorate the people who died in the event. I don't mind remembering we were the victims.

If it were up to me, you would be reminded every day of that tragedy. Even if you get sick to point of vomiting, I think it is better that you do not forget.
