Absolutely. It is not the type or serious of arthritus that is crippling to older people, but it is a form for sure. Arthritus has to due with pain associated in or to bones due to some interuption in normal function. The bones are full of a variety of fluids and cells that serve many purposes. Once something has occured, ie time, breaks, disease, the bones tend to ache or become more stiff at times. Talk to your doctor, but most likely you are to have a healthy food intake, take extra calcium, and exercise regularly to alleviate most of the discomfort. In years to come it may be necessary to use ointments, creams, or even medication if pain persists or gets worse. For now, though I am sure you are fine overall. Almost everyone will get one form of arthritus or another. Hope it gets better sooner than later.

You can have arthritis in your wrist, you can also have a bone spur or have a problem with your tendons, they can have a build up of scar tissue around them. See the doctor. An x-ray will be able to tell you if it is arthritis or something else. Physical therapy might be in you near future! Good Luck

it's always possible to develop athritis after a break but it could be that you've injured it again or the weather may bother it. only way to find out is to have it looked at by the doc.
