Has anyone personally used the Freedom Boat Club membership? We are looking into becoming members, what is your experience. I know they have a website although it is not very informative concerning price and such. I don't want to waste my time with a hardsell timeshare scenario. Thoughts.

I don't know where you are looking, but we are Members in Palm Beach FL. It has been a great experience for us. Compared to owning, upkeep and work on your own boat.... try Freedom -- you reserve a day, show up, have a great time clean up your own mess - but not the regular upkeep of the boat. You simply pay for gas. Depending on membership, you may have yearly maintenance fees later.

We have enjoyed it, but will be moving soon, so will have to sell our membership soon. Enjoy!

I not know anything of this. Is it like a Boat Share type club? I would never mess with any king of time share etc. Even a vacation home. If, you own a specific boat, some have clubs so they can have get together cruises. I get a few links to show what I saying.
The first is in New Zealand but I just showing you some examples. If, you have a certain boat you can search the name and put Association on the end and may find some friends and fun;
