the ring is a great movie. It can be a little scary depending on what you think is scary. But it keeps you holding onto your seat. It tells a story of a little girl who was murdered by her mother who pushed her down a well. Then the little girl, samara, makes a video tape so that whoever watches it dies in 7 days. The movie is very different but it is very good. I think its actually my favorite scary movie.

I thought for a pg-13 it was really good.. It had some scary moments.. Like in the beginning ewww. the girl in the closet ! HOLY CRAP ! I watched part of the second one it wasn't all that good.. I did NOT like the GRUDGE at all and the GRUDGE 2 was ok...

If you are talking about "The Ring" that has a videotape they pass around. I thought it was great. Part 2 wasn't as good but, the first one was great.

Personally, I think it's a piece of sh**. This was due to the subject and not to the actors, director and so on (which I cannot comment on; from my point of view they were okay). But the subject of the movie, for Christ's sake people, could we please get a break?

I agree with Stephanie W - The Grudge is a better, scarier film.

Its a pretty eerie movie, because of the continuous ghost interludes.

That movie scared the hell out of me. The US version has better special effects than the original Japanese version. Go watch that again, just do not pee on yourself.

i thought it was good. a sit on the edge of your seat with your eyes glued to the tv screen so you dont miss anything. my daughter dressed up like the main charture for haloween.
it was for a cheer leading fund raiser "the huanted nut hospital"she was the main nut lol
