He got caught. Sean Hannity found several commercial flights he could have taken. Also, the private jet he used is one of the worse gas guzzlers out there.

Chrchll, don't you think his actions sends a louder message than his empty words?

He uses more electricity and gas to fund the heating/cooling and lights of his mansion than my whole subdivision. He is definitely a hypocrite.

So lets assume you are right, he is a hypocrite . . . should I go out back and burn some coal just for the hell of it because of what Al Gore does? Does the fact that he takes a private jet make his message any more or less credible?

Even if global warming is not a real threat, does that mean that we should rape and pillage the earth without regard for other means of doing this. Is it that hard to change your lightbulbs to compact flourescents that will save you money for years? To drive a little less or buy a more efficient car next time you need one?

There are little things that we all can do to help protect our environment and people like Hannity do no service to our society by suggesting that excessive consumption is OK just because Al Gore does it. If you want to believe Hannity and risk your children's future, that is your business. I sleep better at night knowing that I do what I can to try to make the world a better place for future generations.

All people are hypocrites. We all are. There are only a few people in the existence of man that have lived by their beliefs and lead by example, (Jesus, Gandhi is all I can think of for now.) Like the one person above said, we need to focus on more than just if one person is being a hypocrite, he is sending the right message so at least he has that going for him. HE has a large influence and also a voice that can be heard by millions. So him being a hypocrite and sending a good message is better then the common man doing the right thing and giving no message. Plus don't be so quick to believe everything you hear, remember those media guys dig and dig and stretch the truth to turn people on people.

Liberals are the perfect hypocrites. It grew to become into republicans that created the Environmental risk-free practices employer (EPA), and the Civil Rights bill and don't ignore slavery. All of which democrats took credit for. Yeah, Obama grew to become right into a democrat, the 1st black president would have surpassed off a decade in the past, however the democrats hated him and needed the Clintons to rule. sure, they stepped on a black guy and stored him down for the Clintons. His call grew to become into Alan Keys. i'm white and that i'd have voted for him, yet no longer the democrats.

No one says that he has to go live in a cave so we can get the idea that putting a few new light bulbs in our homes is a good thing for the environment.
This is always an amazing thought to the right, you can make money, you can be rich, you can be concerned about our planet, and yet you can be a Democrat, ride in planes and cars. Oh my!!!
How did he "get caught"? Was he sneaking around an airport in a cloak and Fedora? Did he book his jet under an assumed name?
Pretty silly. Faux News at its silliest.
And yet people fall for it all the time.

Al Gore can ride a bike????

Politicians always say "do this...", "do that...", and then they go and do the complete opposite!!

You know when all the politicians are riding bikes around DC, then I promise to get my bike out of the garden shed, and ride around my town and not use my car at all!

And we all know that is not going to happen!

HUGE hypocrite. And not just in body size.

Check out the comparison of just one of his houses with Bush's Crawford ranch.

Gore's a drooling waste. So is it surprising that so many liberals support him. Freakin' sheep.

No man is perfect, doesn't mean he's ideas are wrong. I know smoking is bad and tell people never to start, but I still smoke, I guess I'm a hypocrite too.
