Funny you should ask that. I had a dietition appointment today and lost 5 kilos. I'd say I'm fat, but, I'm working on it. She suggested eating low Gi bread
low-fat milk
no chips or biscuits (satuated fats)
obesity isnt worth the risks and complications!!!

I used to be too skinny (Nicole Ritchie, Angelina Jolie) but since I've had my daughter 7 years ago, I am now happily in-between!!
