1 - More people, more loyalists. Regionalism is a contrast with globalism.

The Feds have in effect "contracted out" a group called "International Justice Misson" to deal with just what you are saying. Of course they do but Bush is too busy taking vacations and not educating himself on the issues and what is really going on. He is dangerously incompetent and unmotivated. He lives the good life. Why would he care or even understand what these children go through? Also, there are so many issues/problems. This is very important but with the war going on, it's hard to say which is more important. Resources are limited so far as things are set up now. We certainly have the manpower and talent to do more than what we are doing. This is why I say that GREED is terrible because it shifts us from what should be our purpose. It robs so many people of real happiness and a deeper connection to each other.
