Please somebody tell me what Bush has done in his 6+ years other than putting us in trillions of dollars in debt by going to war? That's what I thought. The guy is by far the worst president this country has ever seen. "There hasn't been an attack on American soil in X years....".......give it some time people. How long did it take in between the 1st and 2nd WTC attacks? You neo-con's make me puke.

Well considering that most presidents are lame ducks by this point in their term , and so far President Bush is not . . . I'd have to say it was Clinton . And that's not to bash the guy but he was a lame duck very early because of his legal 'difficulties' .

They were (and are) both lame ducks... To answer your question I would have to say Bush is the lamest of the two. He has had 7 years now in office and he still hasn't tried to understand the world.... at least Clinton tried to (and I couldn't stand the guy when he was in office but good god I now appreciate him after the damage that this president has done).

Google Clinton-Executive Orders. He was a busy boy at the end of his term. Not to say he was doing anything to benefit the US or American's. Atleast Bush is trying to get the ball rolling to bring some troops home.

I'd have to go with Bill. He was quite busy getting impeached and doing nothing about terrorism doing his last term. George has actually been pretty active, what with the war and vetoing stuff.

Clinton he was under indictment and was impeached as I recall and lost his law license for being a criminal.
