look for the last few years I've lobbied for a "National Slap Day" Premise being the same as old-fashioned dance cards - (slapper has a list)
(slapee has a list) (RULES)
If you don't attend -obviously you wait til next year
one slap per person (severity of - open)
slaps on prominent people are tradable
MAJOR RULE - Autograph taking on this day is prohibited!

Everytime I see Paris H. my arm instinctivly draws back into slapping position. I think it's sorta like a gag reflex.
