or try to bamboozle them over and over again, clearly misleading them over and over again? Like the old story about the empire wearing no clothes and all of his subjects accepting the lie that the clothes were so beautiful, made of such fine fabrics that they were invsible. When will we rise up and say the emperor has no clothes and call this man a liar to his face?

Well. You are correct. Bush is a known liar and twister of the truth. He believes he can do anything and say anything to get his way. Lies and tricks and half truths, and smears are all in his bag of tricks. His followers know this, but they are willing to turn a blind eye to all this because winning and having their way trumps all. I like the analogy. We all see him lie and believe the lie that he is a honnest and good man. But how can a man who is so good be such a liar? How come a man who stands for good and right has to lie so much? We all know the answer. You only lie when you need to overcome the truth and what is right.

It is an interesting question. You would think that after all the evidence that Bill Clinton was the most dishonest president in modern times and all the evidence that his appeasement of North Korea, China and refusal to take OBL or launch military retaliations against the terrorists made the world less safe that people would stop believing him but many still do- we call them true believers or useful idiots. It is especially hard to see people deny his role in 9/11 when OBL himself stated that he knew he could defeat America because of our hasty withdrawal from Somalia and lack of response to the attacks of the 1990s- he said it proved Americans had no resolve or will to fight. OBL said it yet libs refuse to believe it. It doesnt make Clinton a bad person just a naive person.

Bright boy: You don't say who you are ranting about. Empires don't wear clothes. Emperors usually do.

When you develop basic communication skills, re-post your question.
