daily...i walk barefoot everywhere!

Several times a week. Every time I take out the garbage I walk barefoot across blacktop to get to the dumpster. Sometimes I even do this when it is really cold out as I don't want to put on shoes.

Daily when crossing the road, I never wear shoes. However most streets here have sidewalks either in tile, cement or gravel, I don't daily come across roads where I have to walk longer distances on blacktop.

As much as possible, as hot as possible, for as long of a distance as possible, as close to or during afternoon peak heat hours as possible.
As of this time, I'm able to stand for the count of 8 with the feet fully on blacktop until it burns the feet to strong tingling (even closing eyes and gritting teeth for the last 3 of 8 counts) before I have to start moving the feet to relieve the burning heat--all the way up to low 90 degrees F and during the hottest of afternoon peak heat hours. I'm able to walk for several minutes on blacktop without needing sidewalk or shade--in mid 90 degrees F weather and about 1 and a half hours into afternoon peak heat (but not yet the hottest hours). I'm still working on trying to stand as long as possible and then walk on blacktop during weather in the 100's--soles burned red, dirty, stinging, feeling like a pulse is in the soles, and even feeling hot overnight are all an acceptable amount of intense burning of the soles to get increased heat tolerance. I can only so far do it an hour before afternoon peak heat hours. Still, I'll do my best to avoid blisters when continuing to train for the 100's closer to and during afternoon peak heat hours--but if they feet blister, then they blister and I know how to heal blisters.

Well, pretty much not at all friend. I think I can slightly remember walking barefoot on grass or some other surface... though I like going barefoot in my apartment as I am now. It's such a lovely morning presently here in the midwest, and how I wish I were out shooting film and enjoying my muse. Take care.

never, I wear good footwear. These blacktop roads are very hot under the sun. And also, I do not go out for a walk when it is late.

Never. The bottom of my feet are very tender.
