a). Irrational. This decimal doesn't terminate
and is non-repeating due to the increasing sequence
of 1's.
b). This equals 0.73 and is rational.
c). This a repeating decimal, so it is rational
d). 17 is an integer and 4/5 is rational.
17 4/5 is rational.

You need to lear this stuff buddy. You'll have a test one of these days and you'll fail, and then you'll be grounded.

In the meantime, d) is an interger, b) is an rational number, and a) is an irrational number.
