There is no question of being jealous of snakes.
They are lovely, agile animals. They control the population of rats that destroy food grains. Their venom has medical application. It is just that on being perturbed they bite and the bite of some may be fatal.

Jealousy is not a common feeling when people view snakes so it doesn't apply. Snakes, probably because it slithers on the ground which is an unusual way of moving. Actually, there are many animals which are disturbed by the movement of snakes and are therefore afraid of them. Aside from the fact that you learn that snakes can bite and some can be venomous which means we should leave them alone. Fear is a natural reaction to something that is unusual and can be dangerous, it's what keeps us alive.

Some people are afraid because they have a phobia of snakes. Not me personally i find them really calming, but jealous of them. I've never heard of someone being jealous of a snake before ?

I'm not jealous of a snake. It hasn't got any legs
I'm not really afraid of them either - unless it's a poisonous bitey one or a hungry squeezy one.

Those snakes really burn me up. They think they are soooo freaking great with their lack of legs and flicking tongues. Oooh, look at me! I have a venomous bite! Like I would want that.

Snakes are fantastic creatures, they don't scare me at all and i certainly am not jealous of them.

Humans are humans and do not understand about creepy crawlies and snakes and they only understand about dogs...cats and mice.

people fear what they dont understand, they dont understand how safe or dangerous the snake is whole heartedly
