both lol i do it all the time when im laughing at someone if there looking at me ill either wink at them to tell them something like sure or whatever lol its a lot of fun when your in a flirty mood or u are trying to lie to someone but another person knows the truth

No. When I am alone and I wink in a mirror it looks fine.....if I try it out on a nice lookin lady I always seem to mess it up and look like somethin just flew into my eye! So I just smile!

You know I did this just the other day. It was so out of character for me.
I drive by this construction site everyday on my way to work. I would always see this really hot looking guy looking up at me.
Out of impulse I winked at him when he looked up at me for like the millionth time. It was all good. He just smiled and kind of chuckled.
