Well I listen to my ipod every night before I go to sleep...
And then someone tells me that it's bad to listen to music, especially when it's in ur ears before sleeping...something with the brain and sleep stuff....
I wanna know if its true....Can musci be bad if listening to it before sleeping? Explain plz
OH, and sometimes I fall asleep with it in my ears...but I wake up a lil later and take it off...

Personally, I think it would be more beneficial than harmful. Don't know how true this is but I used to hear that if you are trying to learn something--play it repeatedly while you sleep--that you can learn it much faster that trying to memorize it while awake.

I don't know medically but I don't think it would be a problem unless you have it pretty loud. That could damage your hearing. I keep the TV on every night I can't image that just having the ear buds in would make that much of a difference expecially if they fall out or you end up turning it off.

I dont think so...what's the difference of you listening to music...or watching TV and falling asleep...I could be wrong, but I don't see the problem.

I don't know what kind of music you listen to, but chances are it won't harm you in any way.

Many people fall asleep to music. Most of them are quite normal.

okay it is okay to sleep with music on your ears ,they say it is good for relaxing and it helps you sleep better at night, i hope this helps you out.
