In the US all the rights accorded to an adult, ( vote, keep health records away from parents as a result of HIPAA, own a handgun etc ), with one exception. Depending on the state, you are under the legal drinking age.

You have the same rights as an 18 year old as a 40 year old (in the USA). Once you are 18 you are considered an adult.

In the USA, except for the purchase of alcohol, the same rights as any other adult. The ability to exercise some of those rights are subject to your environment and, of course, as an adult you have some responsibilities, some of which are optional and some mandatory.

If you're still living with your parents, you have to obey the rules of the house. You have the right to move out, if you can.

For the most part you are an adult. Unfortunatly, you do not most likely have the expiereince that most 40 year olds have. So don't rush right out if you don't have to, educate yourself and lay a strong foundation so when you are 40 you will be a stable adult. Good luck!!

Depends on where you live, but in the U.S. you are a full adult and have full rights.

Except for drinking. That's three more years which I think is terribly wrong.

You have exactly the same rights as any other adult except one -- you can't purchase alcohol until you're 21 (I'm assuming you live in the U.S.).
