*Applause*
Big Papi's walkoff homerun yesterday night was unexpected, but it was a damn good way to finish the game.
And all this is coming from a Yanks fan! *gasp*

"Mr. Clutch" Big papi is back!
It couldn't come at a better time either. This is what makes the Red Sox so exciting. I am loving every minute of it.
Big Papi now has 10 walk-off HRs with the Red Sox.

I know that the Devil Rays are a pro team (laughs hysterically....) anyway, but it bothers me that a team as good as Boston was actually trailing to the Devil Rays two games in a row.
The comebacks were fantastic as they established that they can win with pitching or hitting, when necessary. But it would have been better if these comeback games were against the Yanks, or Angels, rather than the Devil Rays.
I just can't get past the fact that Boston should not have been trailing to begin with....Although as stated above the Devil Rays are a professional team (HA HA HA HA)

slightly wonderful.. the angels coaches and the enterprise are greater ideal than that. i understand the sadness and the anger fairly whilst the angels face boston at fenway. This "opposition yet no longer likely" has been happening on account that Dave Henderson and Donnie Moore no? So sure there continually seems one in each and every of those intensity on each and every occasion we play Boston. regardless of the undeniable fact that i'd desire to assert that umps are those with no longer person-friendly jobs and in the event that they have been given verbally abused they have a suitable to adhere up for themselves. yet they might desire to appreciate that the coaches have been purely blowing off steam it grew to become into an exceedingly complicated interest. And heck do no longer they get hassled each and all the time besides? Do i think of he ought to have made that decision? nicely every person with as lots journey as Mr Reed ought to have made that decision.. regardless of its executed and over with. Sheesh if that's all happening in a general season interest i won't be in a position to attend till at last postseason......

I love it. You can never count this team out (especially against a team with a bad bullpen).
The best comeback this year was against Baltimore in May. The Sox were down 5-0, with one out in the ninth and nobody on base, and they scored 6 runs in a walkoff victory.

Good teams have the ability to do things like that when the pressure is on and the Red Sox are a good team.

Last night, Ortiz hit a homerun which should definitely have been caught by any halfway competent outfielder. Which, apparently, Tampa Bay does not have. But, hand it to Big Papi, for hitting it.
The night before was simply a travesty for the Tampa bullpen.

As I Yankee fan, I hated it because it makes their magic number now of winning the division to 12. The Yanks will take the series in Fenway this weekend. You better believe it.
