First I am so sorry for your lose. And yes I believe in afterlife and yes this may very well be her. DON'T be afraid. She may have something that still needs to be addressed before she lets go. God bless her and you as well as the rest of your family.

Hi Frou - Hope all is going well. Here's the deal in my world: The Bible is a book inspired by God, but it's man made. What's really important is the way it can be used as a tool for learning. In my church we don't interpret it literally - we use metaphysical interpretations and apply them to life today. Look at stories like the Prodigal Son. We can learn so much about forgiveness without conditions from that. The book is full of them. What's a challenge and very sad is when people try to interpret the Bible literally and then use it as a weapon against others. To me, that's the most UN-Christian thing a person can do. I almost forgot - the Bible is not the only Book I use to gain greater understanding. If anyone's interested I would suggest reading the following: A Course in Miracles The Tao of Physics The Nature of Personal Reality

Yes, I believe. There was a death in our immediate family in April. Several unusual things happened but ceased after a few weeks. I think he was lost & didn't know where to go at first. One night I heard the microwave bell ringing. The oven was very hot but neither my son or I had turned it on. I heard heavy footsteps one night . While having a meal at my mother's house 2 days after he died we noticed the clock he'd given to her had stopped. The next time I went over it was running again. No one had put in a new battery or done anything else to the clock. Also, street lights FREQUENTLY go out as my son approaches in his car. The same thing happened with his dad before he died.

As much as I hate to admit it, yes I do believe. When I was younger I think I saw a ghost once in the middle of the night and it scared the hell out of me. But you know what? The same thing that's happening to you happened to my uncle!! On the night his father passed away he and his wife were sleeping when they heard footsteps outside of their room, they went to investigate and there was no one there and I few minutes later the call came from the hospital that his father had passed away. Everyone in my family hates to mention it though since we're a skeptical brunch but I believe that it was my uncle's father coming to see him and to say a final good bye.

Yes I am a believer but I think it far more likely that your sister will come to you in a more intimate way, perhaps a place you used to go together etc. The other possibility re the footsteps ... a prowler !! Take care with security.

I feel I would have to see to believe. But I am sure if you say you hear it then you do.
