A Scorpio teacher of mine (who very coincidentally taught Psychology, Sociology and History - *and* who was an archaeologist) once said that everything starts with yourself, or in her words; "Know thy self" - as she always quoted the inscription above the entrance of the temple of Apollo at Delphi.
She was a typical mixture of Scorpio/Sagittarius if I ever saw one.
Scorpios are said to be very good psychologists, so there's no way you can tell me that at your age, you really don't know yourself. Since you are a Scorpio, you should know what you're like and who you are.
Not to mention the type of partner you would like to have - because that, strangely enough, is not the same for every Scorpio. It depends on the rest of your chart.

No one! You are highly incompatible w EVERYONE! and it's all your fault! You value yourself more than anyone else (not that you don't care about others nor are you selfish) Your ideas are just so impeccable in that passionate scorpion head of yours how else should things be? You ask yourself... You can be compatible w everyone but you choose not to be- you think it's fun! but you are just sick in the cabasa!
Anyways, here is the compatibility:
Aries- you guys are both nuts (damn mars)but don't date them
Taurus- they can be wonderfully devoted if you don't drive them batty
Gemini- they can be more stable than you think, they just don't have the depth in intimacy you desire (psst.. I'm in love w a Gemini!!)
Cancer- grreat emotional intimacy and they love families. Too bad 99% are crazy illogical loons. The worse!
Leo- When great- Great! But see life sooo different you might question yourselves...
Virgo- What an admirable partner...hmmm (they might try to manipulate you- like u can manipulate a scorpio) don't get mad call it out and if they still try to run circles- drop them.
Libra- very cool, but how do you know they are just not try to please you? Who knows if they are really happy w you?

Both are fixed signs, and so might be stubborn at times, and might not like change. Both are sexy and passionate. And the "water" of Scorpio might enjoy cuddling in the "earth" of Taurus. But you can't really base much off of sun signs alone. I mean, think of it -- over 8% of the population have each sun sign. What are the odds that 1/12 of the population are the same? If you really want to have an idea of dynamics, you'd have to compare the complete charts of the two individuals, looking at the planets, asteroids, angles and declinations between the two. That would take the complete birth dates (mm/dd/yyyy) of both guys. Good luck, Handsome! =)

Most compatible are Cancers & Pisces. Other signs that make good matches for you other than your fellow Scorpian, include, Capricorn, Virgo, and Taurus.
