Anwer me in simple english (please dont answer in too much of computer english , because i am just a beginner to internet).....Answer me that i can easily understand..

Think of torrents as a way of packing a file (can be anything; videos, music, etc.) so that you can share it. Basically, people use torrents to share stuff.
First, download either:
- http://www.utorrent.com/ OR
- http://azureus.sourceforge.net/download.php
Those programs up there are for torrents.
Then google for torrents with keywords like "download steal this film torrent". Basically, insert the name of whatever you want in place of "steal this film".
Download/open the torrent (just click on download torrent link and choose program to open with) with either µTorrent or Azureus. Wait for it to complete at 100%. (Please try to keep µTorrent or Azureus open for a while after that, so others can keep downloading from you as well.)
When it's complete, look for the file in one of the µTorrent or Azureus folders (something like install.exe or somenamehere.exe). Click to install and/or play.
BitTorrent is simply the name of the technology/method used for torrents.
