most tires are quite when you first get them after they are worn is when the noise starts if they ware even then they should be quite but if the alignment is out or there are bad parts then the tires can get flat spots and that is what makes must tire noise..

There's a great website-(tirerack.com) that does individual tire testing on all the tires they sell. Tire noise is just one of the tests. Open each of the tires in question. I just checked the Kumbo-Ecsta and there were no tire tests as it's a no tread slick type tire. It would seem there would be no tread noise at all.
I've drive "cheater slicks" on the highway in the past for short periods of time and there is absolutely no tire noise. They are worthless in the rain or damp weather. Double check the site for a more appropriate super high performance sticky tire if that's what your after.
I personally have no use for any Bridgestone tire. Our 04 Camry came with RE-92 Bridgestone tires. They hydroplane like crazy and have absolutely no snow traction. They- (tirerack) has many better choices. Among then I've had experiance with are Yokohama - Aegis, Avid Touring and TRZ. Among Michelin types - Harmony and Pilot Exalto A/S. These tires are best suited for out Up-State NY Winters, provide long treadlife and resistant to hydroplaining

The Tire Rack link given above won't help you. They are an American tire retailer and the MY-01 is not available in the American market, which means you must be from some other part of the world.

I work for Bridgestone but being in the states I have no familiarity with this tire at all.

I would stay away from Bridgestone. I think they are junk. Remember the problems with Firestone tires a few years ago? Same company.
