You mean after 15 minutes of no activity?

Go to the power settings in your control panel. You'll find in there options for doing what you need.

Hi. The settings are in Control Panel, Power Options. I would Enable hibernation in the "Hibernate" tab and hibernate after 15 minutes. This way you will not lose any work by accident. (Hibernation does not use any power after shutdown, it just saves what was in RAM to a special file on your machine.)

You can do it yourself. Check in your system setting and make the changes to switch off your PC after 15 minutes of stand-by
