what is service provider hacking?
is it dangerous?if it, then how to avoid it?

well, your isp knows your IP address. they also know the sites that you connect to. they can use these information to enter your system. first make sure that your system is not an open proxy. second, make online transactions only in secure sites and those that use security encryption. unencrypted data can be readily intercepted and read by your isp. third, it is always wise to clear your cache and cookies after browsing. if your isp also provide for your email address, well, they also have the capability to check your mail, but such is unlikely because most isp's usually have a strict monitoring.. i've worked as a techinical support for an isp so i know...

ISP can hack in to your account if required. You can install a software firewall and block their IPs if they take things for granted.
