Should the money raised for the 'find maddie fund' be paid back to the treasury if they are found guilty of any wrong doing?

Yes...because it isn't right that this couple are protected and treated as celebrities, when they are under suspicion for the disappearance of their daughter.
We often hear our police say, "we don't have the funds", well bloody get the payment back from the Madeleine Fund if it is found the parents are guilty of foul play.

Not as much as it cost to run the Notting Hill carnival for 2 days.
No matter what the cost. Madeleines life is priceless. She is entitled to the Police Services. All of it.

It will bloody cost a fortune for Portugal and Britain but the most important thing is a girl of 3 years old is missing maybe dead because two dreadful horrible people left their kids alone unattended and unprotected .

would it not be better to give the money to help other people whos kids were taken. I actually find the notion of it going back to the British treasury a joke, why be so selfish give the money to help others!

that money is to find Madeline,and that is what it should used for,the parents can foot their own bills but lets use the money for the purpose it was given "to find Madeline"....
