when I see snow I'm out of the flips and into the boots . I love walking around barefoot or almost barefoot . i don't listen to Victorian era rules that say change your wardrobe for every season . My son wears shorts in 20degree weather with boots . I live in SW pa. It gets cold too , not as cold as you do , but still , I say wear your clothes till you can wear them anymore !
