I'd just keep away from names that refer to current 'stars' as that'll date her.
names from the victorian era are very pretty. My favourite names are Fleur (french for flower), Imogen, Elaine (which means bright). The Irish version of Fleur is Blathin (pronounced blaw-heen) which means little flower :-).
Classics like Emma and Eloise. The suggestion for Indian names is nice - bit of a current trend tho.
When our second son was born the nurses thrust a copy of the guinness book of names (see local library) into our hands and snapped - Just pick one. But we waited a week till the right one came along and felt 'right' for our baby. I like names with meanings. Hope, Grace etc. By the way, in UK Julie ad Nicole are very common (not as in vulgar but very often used).

Try the links below:
The first one has romantic Italian baby names and the second link is to Indian romantic girl names - lately these Indian names have become extremely popular and they are really pretty too (Keira, etc).

My little girl is named Sophia Paige and it's funny that both of these names are on this list somewhere. Plus, it really rolls off of your tongue when she's in trouble: "Sophie Paige!". :)

Juliet, for sure. Jasmine, Ariel, Ophelia, Renee, Charlotte are some others in my opinion.

I think Vanessa is a romantic name. Also Grace, Isabelle and Julia.
