Can anyone suggest a product to fill the holes left by decaying concrete

My favourite method.... first, PVA (1 water:1 PVA) brush well into surface and area, PVA is sold as "Building Adhesive" in Wickes. Then, when you mix your ;filler' use 3:1 Sharp sand:Cement, and PVA 1:1 with water. Maybe better to line your shuttering if you use it with waxed paper or grease. The mix is tough and sticks like sh1t to a blanket

I would suggest a mortar filling. Why is the concrete decaying? If you have a good damp course in place there should not be any decay! Are the walls damp to the touch? If they are you should see just where it's coming from and put an air brick in the wall to take away the damp. Have a good day.

concrete garages are famous for rotting away ...i expect the holes to be around the base ..you will need to shutter the back of it...mix cement and sharp sand ..3 to 1 ..apply in two coats ...after a week bang side of shutter ..this will break the hold and remove

Mix 2 cement to 1 sand

Yes .one of sand one of cement,it sets like steel.and cures over time.

try a 14lb hammer and start again..
