David Wright and Soriano have the ability to reach the 40-40 level any given year. Brandon Phillips is just entering his prime years and will be 30-30 this year and I would not be surprised to see him reach the 40-40 level at some point in his career, and probably more than once. A-Rod has the ability but the Yankees will limit his running and you will not see him run that much in the future.

Hanley has great potential to do this. He's got some pop in his bat and is a bigger, more powerful version of Jose Reyes.

David Wright I really can't see him as a 40/40 guy. A 40/30 guy yeah but I aint so sure about 40/40.

Brandon Phillips has great potential as well I think we may see him inch closer to it in the coming years.

Grady Sizemore can easily reach 40 steals, he just needs to increase his power production.

Eric Byrnes surprised me with his ability to steal bases and now his bat is filthy alive. But a guy on the D-Backs who could do it in the future....Chris B. Young.

One guy I will ask a question about is...Jimmy Rollins. Does anyone think he can do it?

David Wright or Jose Reyes (in the right year). I know people are looking like OK Reyes doesn't hit for power that much. He can hit 40 MAYBE in a great year. David can definetely hit 40 homers in a year. But can steal 40 bases?

Grady Sizemore, Brandon Phillips, or David Wright are all probably the most likely players.

Also, since Hanley Ramirez is already 28/46, I would say he has a decent shot.

Eric Byrnes possibly too.
