I have never had lunch with a nun. I think I've talked to at least one in a hospital when I was 10; she tried to give me a shot of penicillin, which would have killed me if my mom hadn't stopped her. It seems she was in the wrong room.
Otherwise, I don't recall encountering any others. We don't travel in the same circles, I suppose. If you don't attend a Catholic school or church, where else would you meet a nun~besides a hospital?
One meeting is quite enough for me!

That would be cool. But I never had lunch with a nun. When I think of nuns i think of old time Europe.

i never have ,but my grand father did when he was in england
during WW2 they had a party with some students from the
local school out side of the air base and the person leading the students was a nun .

My friend Brenda is now a Nun. so when I was visiting the town she teaches in I took her out for Lunch. I asked her about guys. I asked her: what happen if she saw a really good looking guy ..and..how she felt?
Her reply was this. "Sam, you don't eat pork but that does not prevent you from reading the pork dishes on the menu!!"

I've never had lunch with a nun but I almost got ran over by a van full. Even though I'm not Catholic, it made me re-evaluate things! lol.

Two years ago. Really, my daughter was in a catholic school and I used to be close to one of the nuns.

Never. I don't think I've ever even seen a nun in person - just on TV and in movies.

My brother in law's aunt was a nun. I had plenty of holiday meals with her. She died several years ago, but I still miss her when we gather around the dining room table at my sister's house on Easter and Christmas
