Well, first blot whatever you can with a thick soft towel. Don't rub it in blot.. Fill th washer with cold water detergent and some 1/2 C. baking soda. Treat the spots with full strength detergent and spot remover, if you dont' have spot/stain remover use a tiny bit of dishsoap... Let it sit a minute or two... DO NOT overfill washer with bedding It needs to be able to wash freely... If you can let the bedding soak in wash water for 10 min... Then start the cycle..I have a second rinse option If you have that use it... Inspect BEFORE putting in the washer... You may have to repeat washing...

Get a tube of witch hazel and a damp flannel. Squeeze out the size of a small pea onto your finger and rub it into the fabric, spreading it evenly on the stain.
Rub firmly on the stain with the damp flannel until the stain disappears.
If you have time, use the hairdryer to dry your clothing.

add a small amount of your own dish washing liquid, rub the liquid in using your finger tips. Now pop into your washing machine on a 40ºc normal wash cycle and this should remove the stains. Works for all makeup stains , especially lipstick

Get an enzymatic cleaner and use it. It will break down the oils in the foundation and get it clean safely. Shout or Zout or those types of cleaners are used in the prewash, left on for about five minutes, and then laundered out.
