How weird...In the past, everytime i'd like to befriend with the girls and treat nice to them, but i ended up being belittled and teased by them....How weird of those girls....I'm no jerk though i might be foolish....sigh...

When they tease you they probably think your flirting with them just be a little more casual.

Your right mate, its a very strange concept but I'm going to assume your talking about girls who have looks of average or above. Pretend your them, and every day you get a comment about your hair or whatever, same old compliment every day, get a bit bored and uninterested wouldn't you ?
So its fine to be nice and everything, but in doing so you have to be different from the other 10,000 people that have told them they have nice hair etc. If your going to compliment, make it something different that they wouldn't usually get compliments on, make jokes, your even allowed to put little insults in the jokes as long as they can tell your joking......Also never make yourself too easy .....its very unattractive.
(attractiveness is important to friends to some degree too, just more of a personality thing)

When a woman has been hurt before sometimes she can be mean to you unintentionally. Absent mindedly whether she realizes it or not she acts in a way she is used to being treated. Start acting like that back and you become a jerk. Be honest and tell her she is hurting your feelings and why and if she still does it drop her like their is no tommorrow because you deserve better.

Any man who takes care of a lady, by treating them nice and looking out for their well being deserves a nice lady to compliment that. you deserve a nice girl.
