the hoover steam vac with spin and scrub. it works really well and we have dogs . good luck .

I have a "Kent Rainmaker". For a mobile machine it's awesome. Two vacuums deliver the power fo near total recovery, two heaters heat the solution to 212 degrees farenheit for effective cleaning. I think it's about the best portable unit available at this time. (Of course, some of the truck mounted machines do have more power, but are very expensive, and require a dedicated vehicle.)

I'd spend a bit extra and get a Bissell cleaner, they're excellent!
