how do i make a fake arms and heads im guessing using silicone would be best? do you know any sites with useful tutorials for people who arent that used to doing it before..

Silicone, Epoxy Resin, Expanding foam... it depends on what you'd be using the fake limbs FOR !! I've carved hundreds of busts and statues out of blocks of expanded poly-styrene foam.
I'm guessing you're looking for very realistic life-sized limbs.
If you aren't skilled at sculpture, you'd make casts and molds. Here are some sites with supplies or tutorials:
