i saw this on discovery channel's "psychic witness". an fbi agent consulted with a clairvoyant just for the heck of it. he did it secretly, he did not tell his supervisor about it. he was surprised that this lady actually gave out accurate details about the crime scene. and everything was like a puzzle. objective data from the police plus the clairvoyants added information lead to more investigation, until the suspect was identified, and the crime is solved.

Most Psychic's if they know they will say nothing most of the time they think they will be named as a suspect, so many have been jailed for giving the correct information too close to what had happen that they got the blame
Unless the Police contact them and ask for help there is nothing they could do
"There is an old saying ask and you shall receive"
However if you don't ask how do you get anything ?

We do not know Madeleine's birth time, but even a noon chart is terrible for a disappearence abroad. She is dead, I'm afraid.
