No. Your computer does not run on simply 12 volts from your supply, it also needs 5 volts, and 3.3 volts, as well as -12 volts *But* you can power a dc-dc converter with a 12V battery to get all the voltages your computer needs. But you need to make sure it can supply enough current.

All you want is a converter. It plugs right into a wall outlet and converts AC modern to DC. maximum effortless ones convert all the way down to 12V DC. you purely might desire to observe 3 important issues while searching for a converter. a million) enter...you go with 230V AC enter 2) Output...you go with 12V DC output 3) ability...you go with a minimum of 3000 watts, the completed output of your amps. Speaker length would not count to the converter. Throw a battery in there or a capacitor to help with the flexibility draw peaks.

Your power supply translates mains voltages to +12V and to -12V and to -5V
So unless you've got lots of power supplies, NO.
What you can get are DC power supplies designed to take 12V (auto power... so dirty 12V that can range from 10V to 14V) and turn it into clean +12V, -12V and +5V for a computer. They're expensive though.
Cheaper is to get a 12V to AC inverter designed to run mains things off the cigarette lighter jack of cars and use it to make 110V or 230V for your computer's power supply.
I guess you're taking desktop rather than laptop... so you'll need at least 450watts of inverter. Plus more for the screen power.

Your PC's power supply has +12V, +5V and +3.3V rails. You need THREE separate voltage rails
You could try a UPS and hook it up to a 12V car battery. Output of UPS is either 110 or 220VAC. Depending on size of car battery, it could power your PC for an hour or 2. Just do NOT use the UPS to charge the car battery.
