There is so much room for innuendo in your question heading..
Why don't you contact your station and ask?..

Mounted Patrol basically does the same thing a a regular cop does. They just don't ride in a police car, although u first have to start off with a few years of training as a regular cop. I love horse too, but thats the least part of being mounted patrol. If u would like to be a cop, then its a good choice but i wouldnt do it just for the horses.

Assuming this is a UK question, It's the same as any other police officer, its a department of the regular police, not a separate force.

I dunno, but it whatever it is, is it enough to buy your soul? How do you feel when you have to uphold laws you may not agree with and have to stop demonstations that you may agree with?
Basicly there is a fine line between serving people and country and being a hench man of the government (which in turn is a puppet for big business, free-masons and media superpowers)

A lot depends on where you work. It may be more than regular patrol, but it really depends on the area that you are looking to become employed. Not many cities have them anymore.
