I live and work in Kuwait. Question. Can you point me in the direction of a website where I can download ring tones that would work in Kuwait. It seems all the websites I visit offer only RT for UK, Ireland, USA, etc...

I LOVE this site. If you have a computer and itunes (or music files on your computer), you can use it. Anything you have on your computer you can send to yourself through a text message. AND it can be any part of the song you want, and up to a minute long. I love this site.
You just have to make an account and when you upload the song, make sure to click on "customize." That way you can choose any part of the song and it can be up to a minute long, like I said.
All it costs is whatever a text message costs to be sent to you. You'd have to fnd that out from your cell company. Not sure if it'll work in Kuwait, but I don't see why not. Hope it works.
