I'm sure we've all the the great news that Led Zep are reuniting for a one off gig at the 02 arena, I for one can't wait!

But with a combined aged of over 140 and a 19 year gap since their last 'gig', will Zep be able to perform as well as other iconic bands such as The Who and The Rolling Stones?

What is you opinion?

I am positive they will perform to a high standard. Plant and Page have not stopped gigging anyway. So it is not like they are out of practice. I saw Robert Plant at Hammersmith and he was awesome. The Vibe will be brilliant as well

I am happy to announce that I saw LZ in London in 1971 - it was their first ever UK tour - saw them at the Albert Hall in London. What a band - what a performance - and as I was a drummer back then, I thought John Bonham one of the best rock drummers of the day.

Getting back together (I heard the news yesterday) YES, they should and I hope it is filmed and I believe the fee is going to charity. This is great news for old rock and rollers like me!

This ain't Led Zeppelin. John Bonham has been dead for 27 years. I've saw the Plant/Page "dog & pony" act in the late 80's and it wasn't pretty. The only way Robert Plant could hit the high notes of his heyday is if he squeezed his nuts in a vice.

I think they'll be able to perform well, but after so many years out of the loop, will they be able to live up to people's expectations? That's what scares me. They can be great but if people build them up in their minds with impossibly high standards, will they still be able to get good reviews?

Just you wait and see. Plant & Page have recorded and gigged together lots in those 19 yrs, and they've still got it, I guarantee.

They're only doing it cos they want the money & they know people will pay it! They were boring & overrated then & they can only be even more so now!! I wouldn't go to see them for free if given the chance! Sadly, Zep will reap millions of dollars from unsuspecting fans!!

Page and Plant have gigged together before and not too long ago - so they aren't rusty.

It's alright I guess, it's not as amazing as Pink Floyd reforming or something, in my opinion
