I plan to study in university of Ulm but i have freinds in Munich id like to visit often. Whats the best way to do this in germany..?

According to this site ( http://www.bahn.de/p/view/international/englisch/international_guests.shtml ) it is an hour and a half train journey.
If you want to do it often, look into the special offers and price reduction schemes the railroad companies offer.

You can try the bus lines, I have not searched if there is one running, but here is a link to a national service in Germany:

I think there are more bus lines in Germany, so ask around in town if you are interested in this option.
Tourist information office should be able to help you find them.

If you do have the money, think about buying a car, most expensive option, but most freedom.

Alwin is right on the money. Just to let you know also, the train station is located downstairs within the airport. I stayed at the Hotel Kempinski both coming and leaving Munich. This is an awesome 5-star hotel. Their website is listed below.
