Did they physically see her, or just peep in the room and listen at the door? Will we ever know the true version?

Don't know but read somewhere they were all put to bed 7pm.For those of you who have children of similar ages to the mcanns, you should all know that not all 3 would settle and go to sleep at the same time in the same room.Therefore that leads me to believe that at least 1 or 2 of them would have been awake when the parents went for a meal.and if that being the case then the parents when supposedly checking on them, would have or should have looked in and not listened as stated.BUT having said all this, the children should not have been left on their own in the first place.

Jerry McCann looked into the room when he checked,but he noticed that a door had been opened and there was a chink of light at the window,so its possible that someone had been in the room ,he did not say I checked Madeleine or the twins physically.So I think that meant he thought the children were asleep.So if Madeleine had gone ,how on earth can he clarify anything ? The next one to check was Kate ! She must have physically gone over to Madeleine's bed.She discovered she was gone,I cannot believe how unaware these Parents really are .It is not Naivety it is known as ignorance ,an unusual fact considering they are Doctors.They basically do not care.Their Parent act is for the benefit of The Media,The Press, The Police, The Social Services and to feign innocence of their neglect and possibly their crime .But who knows the truth.? What time did their friend check ?

Bottom line is we don't know. We can only go on what the parents are saying. It is certain that those children were left on their own. Even if it was just for 15 minutes as they claim that's still 15 minutes too long and it only takes a second for something terrible to happen.
Given the above I cannot believe why the UK media has been so biased in siding with them all the time. The news always seems to support them no matter what new allegations appear.
And the latest is that the hire car the police were taking samples from has been hidden by the family to prevent them "being framed" and allow them to run their own tests. It's almost as if they see themselves as above the law - very odd indeed.
Saying all that though, only a few people must know for certain what happened. I wish someone would just tell the truth and end this whole ordeal and put the memory of that tragic girl to rest.

If I opened and shut the bedroom door and kept looking at my kids they would have woken up anyway. So, she may have gone from her bed several hours before 10pm. Have they done 'smell death' thing with the dog on her bedclothes?
Why did Kate wash 'cuddle cat'? The people who checked on the kids, possibly only listened at the door or window - that is exactly what the 'site childminder'would have done. At least , that's what they do in Butlins. If then, a child is crying ,they ask the parents to return to their chalet.The true version?... well ,shame cuddle cat can't speak.
By the way, why is Stella calling you a 'troll' - that's not nice just because you, like many people in this world have feelings and worry and care

I can understand people theorising over this subject, and I hope the true information of what happened eventually comes out in the public domain. However, what I cannot abide, is people actually accusing them of being killers. No one knows yet and we shouldn't judge until we really know. It is very suspicious and their whole demeanour is way off key, but that doesn't make them killers. Neglectful parents definitely.It goes to show that being intelligent doesn't mean you have common sense or are less selfish.

Well, this is the million dollar question, isn't it? No one has been able to confirm that Madeleine WAS actually sleeping in her bed the night she disappeared, except Gerry & Kate who said she was.

I think thats what the police are trying to find out, apparently Kate went to check on the chlidren and took 40 mins, like the news here in spain states, they have admitted to drugging there children to sleep, so what took 40 mins, as they were asleep???????

No, we wont because if you remember, that was only gerry and Kate's word. She might not have been in bed. It could be a lie.
Why are they still allowed to look after their twins? They are unfit parents. Get them kiddies away from them, pronto!!!
