Long-ish tops generally look the best with high waisted skirts. Short tops with high waisted skirts make it look as though you have a really short chest/stomach.

i rekon i short frilly top or a strapless 1 or even a long top but i would rekomend a strapless 1 that goes over your high skirt or a t shirt with buttons lol
u will look gr8 im sure of it no matter what ur dress sence is

Something loose, light colored and short sleeved. Match the colors.
Show some shoulder or even go strapless if you can do so. Very sexy.
