no this will not happen with all pregnancies. now you cant say it wont because its completely up to the baby but it just depends on how the baby is in every pregnancy

Generally the first baby takes the longest. After the rest come faster. Long labors are not only bad for you but the baby who is put under stress. Im guessing the inital three days was not hard labor or hoping. This bothers me that it didn't bother your doctor, as we now are no longer living in the dark ages. There could of been a lot of reasons you were in labor that long that the doctor could have done something about it, for instance the baby was in the wrong position. No pregnacy is the same. But what is important, that if something does go wrong, that you have a good doctor. Happy second child. PS try not to hold it over the childs head later.I was in labor with you for four days and this is how you repay me thing lol..Just kidding..

I think you mean induced with your first right?

I was induced with my first ( a 9pd girl) but I went into labour naturally with my second (a 8pd2oz boy) at 40wks 2days.

Natural beats induced hands down! I was spewing that I agreed to the induction the first time.Natural is so much easier than induced.

Best of luck. There is no reason why you can't have your girl naturally.

I was started with my first daughter, a terrible experience. She was ten when i had my second. I was seven days over due with my second daughter and went into labour myself. The experience was so much better, i felt in control, and the labour lasted six hours. Dont let them start you until its absolutely necessary.
